“By far the most serene and peaceful experience of my life. I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff is. Our room was upgraded and we had a corner suite of 3 large rooms overlooking the mountains and the river. I was astonished how luxurious the rooms and food are. Each night we had an 8 course meal, each morning a huge breakfast. Honestly, it was too much food - that’s the only complaint I have! I felt terrible wasting even a bite of the exquisite, carefully prepared gourmet food. I will...

“車の都合で奥側の駐車場が利用できない旨をフロントスタッフへ伝えたところ、快く臨時駐車場を案内して頂きました。 嫌な顔せず親切に対応して下さり、大変嬉しかったです。 また利用したい施設です！”

“チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。 最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！ 部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。 部屋に書いておくといいかもです。 チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。 暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。 あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており 快適でした。 また利用させていただきます。”
