“Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nothing fancy, but good enough for us to crash out after long days. Parking is free, but can be very tight and I don't think there's actually a spot for every guest. If you get a good spot, don't leave, it won't be there when you get back!”

“Stayed in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg many times and try a new hotel each time. No need to do that any longer as we will be repeat visitors at Country Cascades! Unfortunately we began having car troubles during our trip, so it was difficult to commute to all the activities we hand planned. “The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs...
