“We might have just come during a time when they were understaffed, but the day we checked out it was impossible to find a single employee to help us. We didn't need the breakfast but wanted a cup of coffee before we headed out and had some other questions and we went to the front desk multiple times, even walked into the dining room, and never saw an employee. There was a sign on the table where they clearly usually have coffee but it was never actually there.

“The property has to be repaved. There is broken pavement EVERYWHERE.
The rooms need more lighting
You cannot have no food available on property other than 3 sandwiches in the pub.
You should be truthful about when the restaurant will reopen and should let people know when they book.
Rooms were cleaned extremely well daily by the maids
Mens bathroom at the pool was a complete mess with towels everywhere and uncollected garbage overflowing the can.”

“Great location on the lake.
My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake.
The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. ”

“I booked two rooms unfortunately only one was available for checking. The hotel staff couldn’t help they said we booked through Expedia. I was on my feet for hours trying to speak to someone from Expedia.
