“The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa”

“6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. “Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors.
