  • Welcome to an unparalleled contemporary oasis, strategically positioned with breathtaking views directly overlooking the serene expanse of Swingbridge Lake. Immerse yourself in limitless enjoyment with amenities both indoors and out. Enjoy the heated hot tub, and firepit. Experience water sports on the lake with provided equipment. Perfect for relaxation and adventure!

    There are three designated parking areas.

    Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. Please notify us before bringing a pet.

    Propane for the BBQ grill and firewood for the fire pit are not provided, so please bring your own.

    This home is ideal for families and peaceful group getaways. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Unregistered visitors require prior approval. Quiet hours are 9 PM–7 AM.

    Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Locked owner and utility closets are not accessible.
