"Super dirty rooms, first room found dirty socks on bed with a blood stained sheet. Moved to second room where bed was covered in dog hair and dingy room. Staff said a refund would be issued at checkout next morning the lady said NOPE I stood the night I explained I had no choice it was 11pm at night ..."

"Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart.
