Explore the Saône Valley: discover the towpaths, river tourism, and marinas. Visit the Passavant la Rochère glassworks and the Gallo-Roman site of Jonvelle. Vesoul, with its historic center, the Ludolac water park, and the Georges Garret Museum, is just 40 minutes away. The Bourbonne-les-Bains thermal baths are 30 minutes away. The Cherlieu cottages are located in a hamlet in the heart of a vast national forest dotted with meadows. The property comprises two renovated 18th-century character houses, offering a peaceful and verdant setting.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen/dining room (induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, small appliances), table for 8, sofa. Shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, washing machine.

Included: central heating, water, final cleaning, complete linen service.

Shared dining areas:
October to April: large CHERLIEU living room with a table for 18 people.

May to September: large communal room (35/40 seats) adjoining the CHRISTAL house (dishes, tables, fridge).

CHRISTAL House – 112 m²
100 m away, detached stone house with private gardens.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen for groups, living room (extendable table, sofa bed, armchairs, record player, bookcase, Wi-Fi). Shower room and separate WC. Washing machine. Heating: pellet stove (2 bags/day), electric radiators (8 kWh/day included).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 family rooms with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom), second bathroom with bathtub and WC. Bedrooms equipped with comfortable bedding and blackout curtains.

Available: extra beds for children (3 floor mattresses, 1 folding bed). Bed linen provided, towels available for an extra charge.

Outside Fiber optic Wi-Fi, mobile calls via Wi-Fi.

Conditions
Pets allowed with prior agreement (1 per house). Electricity: 8 kWh/day included, additional charges apply (28 cents/kWh). All-inclusive contract (excluding cleaning of the main room in summer).
