“dirty. bathroom sink, sheets, carpet were all dirty. the fire alarm ONLY in our unit went off at 3 in the morning and we had to stand on the counter to turn it off. we didn’t cook anything, it just went off. it’s really crowded and if the bed is down you cannot move freely. shower so small you can’t ever be out of the water. no paper towels provided only one kitchen cloth. AND they provide plates and cutlery but want you to wash them. ok that’s pretty normal, right? NO you have to buy a sponge...

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“Siamo stati molto bene in questo piccolo ma essenziale appartamento a due passi dall’Arco di Trionfo .Sinceramente dalle premesse ce lo aspettavamo più piccolo ed invece per noi quattro era più che sufficiente poiché ogni suo spazio e’ ben arredato ed utilizzato ed alla fine per essere a Parigi dove gli spazi degli alloggi sono minimi, qui c’e’ tutto quello di cui si possa aver bisogno .La sign.na Sonia è’ stata molto disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà...

Sie befindet sich in einem lebhaften und pulsierenden Viertel mit einfacher Anbindung an die wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien, was sie unglaublich praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, also gibt es ein paar Stufen zusätzlich zum Aufzug, aber das hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. “Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.”
