“The apartment is very centrally located, near metro and stations for major attractions. Washing machine was very useful and heavy curtains blocked out the strong sun. Would not recommend for the summer time. Super warm in the apartment, no aircon, only 2 small fans and the apartment is at the top floor where all the heat concentrated. Towels are very old and threadbare. Dishes placed haphazardly. No shampoo, bath soap for guests. Top BnB or VRBO apartments all have these extras.”

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! ”

“You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. “If you like an apartment without a window and fresh air, then it will be nice, but not for us! It wasn’t possible to open the window at the ground floor and it smelled inside (sewage). The floor in the toilet wasn’t clean, it smelled too. Towels kept wet, because no ventilation. We booked the apartment from the pictures, but we got another one. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood, no noise disturbance and very central, great! Location was very good!”
