“Never again and the location was much further that it stated on line”

“We checked into our room at 11 that night after a 8 hour drive. I was woken up by my boyfriend that the Toliet was leaking water. Went to front desk and they gave us another room. Went to that room it smelled like mildew then they put us in a third room and the Toliet was leaking again after using. We went into a 4th room and the smell was nasty but by this point it’s 4am so we just felt with it. Rooms were not well maintained the only thing good is that we were right across from Kings Dominion...

“The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful”

“Elevator out of order during our stay. Hallway was warm. Bfast just ok, mattress was too soft.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
