“Excellent property. Exactly as shown. We didn’t really need kitchen amenities, but appreciated the coffee and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with a variety of pillow options (soft and firm). Location is INCREDIBLE if being central to Old Montreal is important to you. Parking was a bit stressful, but we thankfully found a spot. “We really enjoyed our stay in the Alexander. The location is convenient. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer for us which was the very best part. We spent a few days in each city in Canada so having the washer and dryer unit helped us a lot. I can’t believe they even have detergent for us!! The neighborhood was kind of loud outside but they don’t last long. It was not the hotel’s fault. The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and helpful! They also use WeChat for direct communication...

“Great location! The unit was spacious and very clean, and communication with the host team was clear and straightforward. Loved having a full kitchen and fridge. Very quiet and private-feeling even in the midst of the busy street outside. We were in a unit overlooking the courtyard of Veranda, the restaurant next door, and didn't hear any ambient noise from there or from the streets. We stayed during the early July heatwave and the AC worked great. Would definitely rebook for our next trip!”

“The place was good, but there were two big issues. The bedsheets weren't clean, and I found some hair on them. Plus, the tub drain was clogged with a bunch of hair, so we couldn't shower.”
