Please note: The building requires using stairs, which may feel steep depending on your comfort level. Please note that access to the unit may involve a 4 to 5 floor walk-up, and there is no elevator. That said, the stairs are safe and well-maintained.

From time to time, we make updates and improvements to the apartment, including furniture, décor, artwork, and amenities. As a result, some furnishings or decorative items may differ slightly from those shown in the listing photos. Any changes are made to maintain or enhance the comfort and quality of the guest experience, and the overall layout, functionality, and standard of the accommodation remain consistent with the listing.

1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM only. Please note that early check-in is not available, and we are unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs before check-in.
If you arrive early, you may wish to use a nearby luggage storage service, such as Bounce, where you can find and book luggage storage locations based on your travel plans. Please note that a $100 fee will apply for early arrivals or late check-outs. Thank you for your understanding!

2. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

3. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

4. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

5. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

6. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

8. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.

9. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

10. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

15. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.

Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
