The Space:
You cannot beat the Bohemian, youthful Le Plateau neighborhood when looking for fun in Montreal. Plus, the picturesque streets of this neighborhood will delight the senses everywhere you turn! This location is exactly where everyone wants to be!

Main features of the apartment:

√ Large, sunny open LIVING ROOM area with a daybed with a trundle pull-out, sofa bed, and a Smart TV that's perfect for downtime moments at home.

√ Sleek and modern KITCHEN with everything you'd need to prepare meals at home: high-end large and small appliances, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Even a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!

√ A DINING area and table to seat 4 comfortably, plus the breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stools for extra seating.

√ 3 BEDROOMS to accommodate up to 9 guests as such:

- BEDROOM 1: 1 king bed
- BEDROOM 2: 1 king bed & 1 queen bed
- BEDROOM 3: At the end of the living area, there is a semi-private third bedroom featuring a twin bed that can be converted into a larger bed (using two twin-size mattresses). It includes a dresser and a desk, and a curtain can be extended for added privacy.
- LIVING AREA: 1 single futon bed

√ 1.5 BATHROOMS - 1 with a shower and a sink (no toilet) & 1 half-bathroom with toilet and sink.

Getting Around:
The apartment is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you.

EXPLORING: Once you’re here, you can easily walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under a half-hour! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Blue Line).

PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. You can purchase one permit for $8 every 24 hrs entering the code PMR02 in any parking kiosk (please remember to leave the permit on your dashboard). *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS*

- Perfect for groups - we manage 2 other units in the building, so if you need more space, contact us for a special offer.
- In the heart of St-Laurent's vibrant nightlife, steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night.
- Incredible spot for digital nomads and longer stays.
- All taxes (GST & QST) are included in your price. We can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 flights.

Keeping It Chill:
- This area buzzes with energy day and night (we provide earplugs for light sleepers.)
- The apartment has independent AC units. Closing the curtains helps keep those bedrooms cool during the day.
- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm.
- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.

Must-Knows:
- Main guest must be 18+ to book
- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!)
- Pets are allowed, subject to approval. Let us know if you are travelling with your furry friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)
- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules
- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!)
- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.
- If you are driving, note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS. Montreal parking can be tricky! Check the rules in advance.

Safety First:
- Two flights of stairs to your apartment (#4). Please be careful, especially if you are travelling with little ones.
- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
- There is a balcony with a ladder for an emergency exit. You can enjoy a coffee sitting on that balcony. Children must be supervised closely to prevent falls through the opening where the ladder is located. This opening is between the two units and is covered by a 2-foot pet fence for safety. The balcony is shared between the two apartments, there is no privacy screen between them.
- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.
- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors and stairs.
- Please no candles, incense or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Self-check-in available: you’ll use the lockbox for access to the building and a code to open the interior doors.
