The apt. was a bigger unit than two people needed but it was necessary to be close to family that live in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal. Four adults would be very comfy but for 6 adults it could tight for surfaces to place your belongings. Lots of closet space and hangers. Washer&dryer were newer and clean. There were many types of retail stores and markets outside your door. We opted for the private parking although it cost extra. Winter street parking in Montreal can sometimes be tricky but there is plenty of street parking if you are patient. The aesthetic of the apartment was so nice and cozy. The bedroom and the bed in the open area and both were very comfortable. We didn't need the Murphy bed but we checked it out and it too is comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linen. We didn't cook there but the kitchen is stocked well. Loved the plentiful Kcups and a packaged sponge at the sink. The neighborhood was safe but we liked the secure building and apartment entries. It's quiet at night and we didn't spend much time there during the day. The hosts are VERY responsive and we communicated easily. As noted in the listing, there are 22 inside stairs from the entry of the building to the apartment door- I didn't have a problem but could be a challenge for some people or if you bring very heavy items. Highly recommend and we will definitely return in the future.
