Grande appartamento con 2 camere da letto, 5 posti letto, 2 divani letto e 2 bagni nuovi di zecca !! Questo posto è l'ideale per chiunque voglia sperimentare la cultura unica di Montreal con la famiglia o gli amici.

L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e comprende:
- Schermo piatto HD da 2 ", con Netflix e cavo
 - Connessione internet ad alta velocità gratuita (Wi-Fi).
- 5 elettrosonde inclusa lavastoviglie
- A / C e riscaldamento
- balcone posteriore con barbecue.
- Materassi in memory foam di qualità
- Macchina da caffè Keurig con cialde
- Parcheggio disponibile per una piccola tassa
- Tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani
- Per i bambini: seggiolone e una culla fornita
- Forniamo: tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, shampoo, olio d'oliva, spezie di base, foglio di alluminio e prodotti per la pulizia della casa (sapone da bucato, sapone per le mani, ecc.)


Può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone con le sue due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale nella prima e due letti singoli che si può scegliere di dividere o per unire insieme per fare letto matrimoniale, c'è anche il letto pieno / pieno a castello e la 2 divani letto. Tutti con materassi memory foam di qualità.

Tutti i negozi e servizi (panetteria, supermercato, farmacia, negozi di moda, bar, ristoranti li nome ...) si trovano nel raggio di 100 metri. Autobus e taxi di fronte all'edificio, stazione della metropolitana di Mount-Royal (300 m) e stazioni BIXI (noleggio biciclette da Montreal) per fornire accesso ai principali siti culturali nelle vicinanze in pochi minuti. Sei anche 5 minuti a piedi dal bellissimo Parc Lafontaine e 15 minuti dalla montagna (Mont-Royal).

*** Un barbecue è installato sul balcone posteriore e pronto per essere utilizzato tra il 1 maggio e il 30 settembre. Fuori stagione lo spazio è ancora accessibile, ma non impostato correttamente.

In my opinion, this place is good for adult outing. The surrounding area is more for adults activities, such as dinning, shopping, urban living...etc. i definitely give a 90% accuracy to what the description from expedia.ca. The only negative thing review is the first step from the pediatrician walk to the unit entrance is challenging.

Great place to stay! This apartment was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of coffee. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or requests. We had plenty of space to spread out. Even a cute little back patio. Great location if you are looking for restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores & shopping right at your finger tips. Bike rental is at the end of the block & parks very close. Uber was also very accessible in this area. We stayed in Montreal a few days & did not rent a car, it was no problem getting around.

Nice property in good condition and great location to everything the Plateau has to offer. Check-in was hampered by inflexibility to leave bags at the residence before check in. Also links sent to register and check in via messaging in the app were not hyperlinked making it a difficult copy and paste into a browser. Overall a good experience though.

Wonderful stay close to everthing

If you are looking for a convenient place that is close to everything look no further. The place was fully furnished and the rooms were spacious, I like that there was aircon and heating for each room because we had some people in our group that liked it warm (in the summer!!) and cold. Everything you need in the kitchen too! Overall great location we enjoyed being able to just go down and take a stroll or bike ride on Ave Mt Royal which is closed to traffic in the summer. Had an amazing time everyone really enjoyed. Just one nit-pick, the smoke alarm was finicky about the toaster being on.

Location Location Location!

Excellent property with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Montreal. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, week stocked kitchen, lots of room! Perfect location with great shopping, eating, strolling and music. Short walk to the train station to easily navigate the city. We will be back and will not doubt stay at this property it was perfect. We felt like locals! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

A Happening Kind of Place

The street this apartment is on is closed to automobile traffic but walkers & bicyclists reign. This a very walkable area of Montreal, accessible to public transportation just up the road a bit. (Being unfamiliar with the area, we opted to reserve the private parking spot behind the property. We were definitely glad we did!)—The apartment was clean & well equipped except for facial tissue. We opted to use toilet paper or napkins until we got back to our car which had its own stash.—We missed the NBA finals, game 5, because we didn’t have a Roku password.—Bummer!—The towels & linens were clean & plentiful. The bathtubs are quite high off the floor (about 20”.) There were no grab bars for secure transition to or from the tubs. One tub has a sink right next to it which we grandparents used to steady ourselves. We did not use the bbq or the deck, we had come to Montreal to taste its many delicacies. All in all, this was a great location to experience this beautiful city.

Nice ans cozy apartment

The amenities and room layout were nicer than described. Having the bedroom with a bunkbed with its own living room and ensuite bathroom was a pleasant surprise where our teens had their own space to hang out giving adults our space - a very roomy dining area and a filly equipped kitchen. Each room was furnished very nicely and gave cozy comfortable feelings. The owner was super responsive to our messages and a great location with grocery stores, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Great Location!

We were not familiar with the area when we booked, but really lucked out! 100% Walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurant options out the front door. Short walk to the metro station as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Yann and team have a beautiful apartment that looks larger than the photos provided. They were available throughout the stay to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of linens available for the group. The street has many amazing restaurants and we were a short walk away from the metro. I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Just about flawless

The property was able to perfectly absorb a party of 9 with ease (with a couple air mattresses involved) and create a fantastic environment for a great trip. The neighborhood is beautiful, fun, and safe even into the late late night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc, genuinely couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend biking around the neighborhood or even for distances on the many protected bike paths when the adjacent metro stop isn't an absolute necessity. Will be staying here again as soon as possible, wonderful hosts with great communication.

Great spot in the heart of a lovely neighborhood

Wonderful location and cozy, clean property

We were in Montreal for a few days to attend a wedding and stayed at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic and it is so easy to communicate with the team. The home is clean and has plenty of towels, cooking utensils and space. Would love to visit again!

Perfect Montreal Stay

The apartment was clean, extremely well stocked fir any cooking needs. Large cozy dining room table where we dined on our finds at the various markets. The responsivenesses to any questions was uncannily prompt and helpful. A great stay in a great location in Montreal.

Great location!

This apartment was a great location for getting to know the Plateau - it's the main drag in the neighborhood and only allows pedestrian traffic in the summer. It is a great location for walking or taking public transit to other places in MTL and I wish we had brought our bikes! The apartment itself is very well appointed and interactions with property managers were terrific. We would happily return!

Well located

A lovely, well located apartment, I could totally live here. Our party of 6 really enjoyed our stay here, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Apartment was exactly as advertised, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to supermarket and metro stations, plus plenty of restaurants. The guide provided was handy too.

Updates needed

The kitchen floor tiles are peeling and need replaced. There needs to be more plug in outlets for personal devices. Wall outlets are dated and need upgraded.noticed a few small insects on the kitchen counter. Overall great location and comfortable.
