    Welcome to your sophisticated Montreal base. This well-appointed apartment maximizes comfort and aesthetics to accommodate up to six guests effortlessly.

    When you step inside, you will find a bright living area designed for both productivity and relaxation. It features a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails, alongside a comfortable sofa that easily pulls out into a bed for two additional guests. The centerpiece of this room is the modern Frame Smart TV; when not streaming your favorite shows, it displays stunning artwork to elevate the design of the room.

    Flowing from the living area is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease. It comes complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and ample counter space. A modern dishwasher is also included, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time exploring the city.

    Down the hall, both private bedrooms are furnished to ensure a restful night`s sleep, each featuring a premium queen-size mattress. The first bedroom is cozy and inviting, offering a peaceful environment after a day out. The second bedroom serves as a stunning focal point for the home, boasting airy high ceilings and a classic four-poster wooden bed that adds an immediate sense of grandeur.

    To refresh, you have access to a sleek, fully-stocked bathroom featuring a clean and modern standing shower. Guests will also appreciate the ultimate travel convenience of a private, in-unit washer and dryer. If you are traveling with little ones, we have thoughtfully included a crib and a high chair, safely stored in the closet and ready for you to use at any time during your stay.

    You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

    Your apartment is located directly on Rue Sainte-Catherine Est, right in the center of Montreal’s famous Le Village. This neighborhood is globally renowned for its energetic atmosphere, welcoming community, and fantastic nightlife.

    During the summer months, this section of Sainte-Catherine transforms into a pedestrian-only promenade. The street fills with massive outdoor terrasses (patios), stunning overhead art installations, and a constant stream of locals and travelers enjoying the weather.

    You are steps away from an incredible culinary scene. From cozy morning coffee spots and classic Montreal bagel shops to upscale dining and energetic local pubs, you will not have to walk far for a great meal.

    For a quiet afternoon, Parc de l`Espoir is a lovely, peaceful spot just down the street. If you want a larger green space, the expansive and historic Parc La Fontaine is only a 15-minute walk north, featuring beautiful ponds, walking trails, and playgrounds.

    The Village is a highly pedestrian-trafficked and well-lit. The sense of community is strong here, and you will find locals to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

    You could not ask for a more convenient location when it comes to transportation. Whether you prefer to walk, cycle, or take transit, the entire city is easily accessible from your front door.

    Public Transit

    Metro: You are less than a 5-minute walk from Beaudry Station (Green Line), which connects you directly to downtown Montreal in just two stops. Papineau Station is also a short walk to the east.

    Bus: Several major bus routes run parallel to your street on Boulevard René-Lévesque and Boulevard de Maisonneuve, making cross-city travel simple.

    Walkability & Bikeability

    Walking: The neighborhood boasts an exceptional Walk Score. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and entertainment are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. You can easily walk into the Quartier des Spectacles (the downtown entertainment district) in about 15 minutes.

    Biking: Montreal is a premier cycling city. You will find multiple BIXI (public bike share) stations within a two-block radius. The De Maisonneuve separated bike path runs just one street north of the apartment, providing a safe and fast route straight through the downtown core.

    Parking
    Because the property is centrally located, parking requires a bit of planning. There is paid street parking available nearby, though you must pay close attention to the municipal street signs for street-cleaning hours. During the summer when Sainte-Catherine is closed to cars, we highly recommend utilizing one of the nearby paid parking garages or daily lots situated just a few streets north or south of the apartment for peace of mind.

    ✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

    ✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

    ✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


    ✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
    For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.
