You receive the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have.

As my guest you are welcome to utilize any and all of the conveniences and modern appliances in my newly renovated apartment.

The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time. Be sure I am aware ahead of time, if you plan to arrive later than the Check-in window.

It is likely I am out of town during the time of your stay, I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. My phone number is for emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help in emergencies.

I send you easy step-by-step Check-in details a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.

If you have questions about anything I am happy to help and always make efforts to reply to you as quickly as possible during the day and evening, you can message me anytime. For any overnight messages I will get back to you first thing in the morning.

Our apartment offers convenient access to various transportation options, making it easy to explore Montreal:

Public Transit: A short walk to several bus stops with direct routes to downtown and surrounding areas. The nearby Vendôme Metro Station provides quick access to the city’s subway system.

Biking: NDG is bike-friendly, with dedicated bike lanes and BIXI bike-sharing stations nearby. Enjoy a ride through the neighborhood or head downtown.

Driving: Rue Saint-Jacques connects you to major thoroughfares like Autoroute 20, making it easy to reach downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is available near the apartment.

Walking: Many amenities are within walking distance, including cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. Stroll through NDG’s charming streets and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Taxi/Rideshare: Montreal offers reliable taxi and rideshare services like Uber and Bixi(bikes), ensuring you can get around the city with ease.

- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for you and future guests.

-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.

- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me after midnight, fast replies are not guaranteed late at night. So for late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.

- In very rare case, if we see any security concerns associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID at check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.

- In case of exceptionally rare emergencies the property manager may need to access to the property to resolve the emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

- As always feel free to ask me about any of these, to help you with your reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.
🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors
This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.
