The physical aspect of the apartment was adequate although the bathroom facility is extremely basic, cramped, and is in need of some finishing work. Overall the comfort level is adequate however there is no noise insulation around the sleeping quarters and the sounds from the house above are immediate and sadly audible.The hours indicated as quiet time in the listing were not adhered to and late night noise made the stay very uncomfortable resulting in leaving after the first night. The owner responded with a small refund for a portion of the cost of the 2 night booking but I feel a full refund would have been more appropriate under the circumstances.
