Welcome to your new favourite spot in Montréal. This is a newly furnished, private one-bedroom apartment that has been thoughtfully furnished to feel both modern and comfortable. It`s not just a place to sleep; it`s a complete, well-appointed home.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with a comfy sofa (which pulls out into a bed) and a Smart TV ready for you to enjoy.

The full kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to feel at home, from pots and pans to dishes and cutlery, a full-sized fridge, and a stove. You can easily prepare a full meal or just enjoy your morning coffee before heading out.

The separate bedroom offers privacy and features a comfortable bed, ensuring you get a great night`s sleep.

The full bathroom is clean and modern, featuring a walk-in shower. We also provide fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, making it easy to stay connected, whether for work or for planning your adventures.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

You are staying in the Plateau Mont-Royal, arguably Montréal`s most iconic and sought-after neighborhood. This isn`t a tourist-trap area; it`s where locals live, eat, and play.

Your apartment is just a two-minute walk from the entrance to Parc La Fontaine, one of the city`s most beautiful parks. It`s perfect for a morning walk, a picnic, or ice skating in the winter.

You`re also just a block away from the famous Avenue Mont-Royal. This street is the pulse of the neighborhood, lined with an incredible variety of cafes, bakeries, cheese shops, local boutiques, bookshops, and some of the best restaurants in the city.

The vibe here is relaxed, artistic, and very European. You can spend days just exploring the colorful streets, admiring the unique architecture with its winding staircases, and stopping for a coffee or a beer on a terrace. It`s an incredibly safe and walkable neighborhood.

This location is a walker`s dream, but getting around the rest of the city is also very easy.

Public Transit: The closest metro station is Mont-Royal (Orange Line), which is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. This line is your direct link to downtown and Old Montréal. Even easier, there are several major bus lines that run along Papineau and Mont-Royal avenues (like the 45 and 97), which can get you to the metro station in 5 minutes or take you to other parts of the city.

Parking: Street parking in the Plateau can be challenging, as much of it is reserved for residents with permits. Be sure to read all signs very carefully. Given the amazing walkability and transit, many guests find a car is not necessary.

Walkability: This is a `walker`s paradise.` Your Walk Score is nearly perfect. You can get to grocery stores (a large one is just up on Mont-Royal), pharmacies, wine shops (SAQ), parks, and hundreds of restaurants and shops all on foot.

Bikeability: This is one of the best areas in Montréal for cycling. You`ll find protected bike paths and BIXI bike-share stations everywhere. Biking is often the fastest and most enjoyable way to get around in the warmer months.

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.

👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.

🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

🚪 Check-Out Time
Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.

Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.

In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.
