✔ Early check-in: Subject to availability, guests may also drop off luggage if needed

✔ Non-smoking property: Note that occasional smoke odors may drift from neighboring units

✔ No pets allowed: Service animals require prior approval ($300 penalty for unauthorized pets)

✔ Snow removal is done within 24 hours after a storm (shovel and salt provided)

✔ Quiet neighborhood: Be mindful of noise to respect permanent residents

ID verification, rental contract agreement, and a $750 security deposit are required before receiving access codes

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit if applicable). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property.
