Recentemente rinnovato con decorazioni luminose e nuove, questo cottage sul mare si affaccia sull'acqua. Può ospitare 5 persone in una camera doppia al piano inferiore e una camera tripla al piano superiore. C'è un bellissimo bagno con doccia al piano inferiore e un bagno al piano superiore, completo di riscaldamento a pavimento. Il cottage ha un bruciatore di tronchi e una cucina abitabile a pianta aperta, con porte che si aprono sul ponte sul retro. Al piano superiore vi sono un'accogliente area salotto e una televisione - ideale per i bambini. Ci sono 2 pub raggiungibili a piedi, un grande parco giochi e passeggiate costiere per divertirsi.

A lovely cottage which met our requirements perfectly. Absolutely loved our few days away. Cottage is well kept and had everything we needed. Location is brilliant and the coastal walks on the doorstep were stunning. Will definitely be planning another visit

Post Xmas getaway

After a busy Christmas, a last minute getaway was perfect for my family and I to unwind. We had a great time and found the property perfect for our children, who loved their own space upstairs. I would recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage for a family birthday. Great coastal walks and lovely food in nearby Anchor Hotel and the Hidden Treasure tearoom.

Lovely bright cottage

Very well presented cottage. Far bigger than expected. Loved there was 2 bathrooms and an upstairs chill out area for the older children. Pretty and peaceful village but close to lots of things to do. Will be back. Claire was friendly and informative. Thank you.

Fabulous!

What a fantastic week we had in Johnshaven! The house was perfect and well equipped. I loved hearing the sea from my bed and watching the waves when cooking ! We enjoyed a lovely lunch from the Lobster Pot , delicious cake and coffee from the Hidden Treasure Cafe and lovely fresh food from the Anchor Hotel. I would highly recommend this cottage and Claire was a lovely host . We can't wait to return 😊

Stunning!

This is an absolutely stunning property in a beautiful location. The decor is gorgeous and kitchen well equipped. Towels and bedding were provided and there are excellent laundry facilities. Claire (the owner) was really helpful and answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was especially good with our teenagers to have the extra tv in a second lounge area upstairs. I can't wait to return to this property and explore more of Scotland.

Wonderful cottage in best location

We've had a brilliant family holiday. Cottage was amazing. So well equipped, clean and the attention to detail fantastic. Layout of cottage was brilliant. Upper floor with snug/tv/play area for kids wonderful nd the kitchen/breakfast bar nd dining area very sociable and made cooking less of a chore! Johnshaven itself a lovely place to visit. Lots of fun had in the rock pools abd fishing for crabs at the harbour. Very friendly place, great wee shop and food in Anchor Hotel just awesome. Cannot wait to come back.

Great views

A very comfortable cottage with fantastic views out to the North Sea. We stayed for 2 nights and got lucky with the weather so took an enjoyable walk along the coast. Would definitely recommend a meal in the local hotel (The Anchor) especially if you like seafood. We would like to go back in the summer.

Excellent 5 star stay

The cottage was amazing, very high standard with everything you could need or want. Location was perfect overlooking the water with beautiful views and was within 5 minutes walking distance of the local pub/ restaurant which served delicious meals. We loved it there and would love to go back again in the future.

Our little cottage was anything but little , it was spacious and minimalist. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunken bath was luxurious. The board games etc would have be great if needed. One down side was the small double bed ,pillows and mattress flat . Apart from this it was an ideal location , positioned at the waterfront enabling exceptional tranquil experience

Excellent cottage, great location!

Johnshaven made an excellent base for exploring the area. The property has been thoughtfully renovated and was perfectly spacious and comfortable meeting all our needs. The upstairs den was very much appreciated - by us and the kids, - as was the amazing bath. It was possible to have a wonderful hot bath whilst sitting under an open velux listening to the shore - bliss!!! A well equipped kitchen, fab downstairs shower, laundry facilities, comfy living room with Netflix - all with the sea shore view. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks Jen and Euan

Beautiful holiday home

We had a fantastic holiday, it was everything we wanted and more. The holiday home was super clean On arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this place and will surely be returning in the future. We miss it already.
