Great place to stay except didn’t clean room for 3 days even when made a point of requesting at front desk and emphasizing that I wanted to make sure. Also a lot of noise until 1am in unit above and banging on doors

This resort was perfect for my daughter's wedding party. The condos are very spacious and comfortable. It was right down the street from our venue that made it very convenient. I was a bit upset that all of the garbage was stored in a room right outside of our room and we had to smell it all week. Other than that we loved Siena!!!

Rooms wonderful, check-in/out experience lacking
The property is nice, but our initial impression was not great. There is no obvious front door/lobby, and when we found it, there is no reception. We had to track down some cleaning staff who said that "somebody will be in the office soon". We waited 25 minutes and nobody arrived. We came back several hours later and there was somebody in their office (note: not a reception desk) and even though they saw us enter, they appeared that they could not be bothered with helping us. We had to interrupt her so that she could get us the keys. The rooms were something different - very large and comfortable! It felt like a home away from home. Only two small complaints: the sheets were scratchy and it wasn't possible to change the A/C temperature, and it got a little too hot at night. With our negative experience at check-in, I didn't venture to find out how responsive hospitality staff would be to fix either of those issues. Check-out was the same experience - nobody in an office, so I just handed the keys over to cleaning staff. Overall, I was impressed by the rooms but the check-in/out experiences would make me question whether I would go back.

A beautiful place
This place is a must. We did not want to leave. More than enough room for our family of 5. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. Everything you need is provided for cooking (Cookware). Publix is less than 2 miles away. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Pictures online are shows what you are getting, it will not disappoint. This place is sooooooo clean. We are definitely returning.

Great Minus the Neighbors
Everything was very good. The 3 bedroom, 1st floor condo was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The only thing I would say was the upstairs party was rather loud until 4 in the morning with music and what appeared to be a dog that paced back and fourth for hours. Yes, you could hear it when trying to sleep. Other than that I would recommend and will visit again hopefully with more considerate upstairs neighbors.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. We have stayed in many apartments all over the world and I must say that Siena at Bella Collina has been the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The property was immaculate. It was in a perfect location with gorgeous sunset views.

Amazing views , quite and peaceful. Space large enough to comfortably fit the entire family. The pool was heated and not at all crowded. Loved it, will definitely be coming back soon .

Beautiful quiet place to stay, although our friends said the room which they were in(first room of our 2bedroom) was pretty load with the elevator and people going in and out. The view was beautiful and the condo was setup nicely

Best one night stay ever
We only stayed fir one night and it was effortless. Very accommodating and responsive. Had a problem with our washerr and somone was up to fix it very quickly. I would highly recomend.

My experience at Bella Collina condos was such an amazing journey! I booked through hotels.com out of nowhere for only one night and when I made it to the condo, open the door to see such a beautiful place I decided to book another night with the condos immediately! Are usually stay in hotels when I travel but I decided to go out of the ordinary for a wine country trip and this was the perfect place to choose from! Johnny at the front desk during daylight hours was incredible! He took care of us and I can’t thank him enough for everything. Absolutely no problem throughout the whole stay and I will surely be back in the future.

Great Space, Needs Proper Staffing
The grounds and facilities are fantastic. They will need to staff up if they intend to continue making spaces available for vacation rentals. You can tell the club personnel are not accustomed to hotel-type bookings so the logistics of getting into the room were not very smooth. Overall everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the property was great.

Liked how modern the rooms are and the clean it was as well. The only downside was that we asked for housekeeping and it took 2 days before someone came.

Brand new accommodations with modern decor. Private baths for each room. Quiet get away for couples or families.
