“Had to pay a fee to access room before 3:00 although room was obviously ready and available. That was a turn off. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and pleased with their location and staff. ”

“Good hotel which has very helpful staff and is very clean. It has a ‘young and vibrant’ feel. Rooms are good but basic (eg just a rail for your clothes). All every clean. Breakfast is good but the ‘cooked part’ is limited.”

“Al prezzo pagato non si può avere una stanza in cui il bagno è un loculo e mancano servizi essenziali quali phon e frigobar. Il letto era buono, e anche la pulizia era accurata. Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“This hotel is old and unfortunately our room on the 3rd floor smelled of mould. Luckily the interior of the room was liveable but the hallway was horrible. You had to cover your nose to go in and out of the room. The breakfast was good but I would not stay again. There are better rooms around the same price in the area that I would stay at over this place. It’s very basic. The rooms are tiny and depressing. We had travelled a long way and were just happy to have a bed. ”

“We had booked two overnight stays at the start and end of a cruise. While on bith occasions we arrived at the hotel well ahead of normal check-in time, we only had to wait a short time until our room was available. This was very good as it was tiring after a long journey. The hotel is convenient for cruising from Southampton as it is only a short distance to the ferry terminal, but the hotel provided a complimentary transfer on the embarkation day. However, it at £229 for an overnight stay it...
