“Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. Double bed small. Dining/bar area large and roomy. On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long. The lady was quite sharp and not pleasant. I found it hard to believe because the car...

“The staff were lovely and couldn't have been better. Our room had a bathroom across the hall which opened with a key. A little strange and not great for a 3am wee. We ate here and the food was ok.”

“A charming hotel in a very picturesque place. The room spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the classical music from the radio and the lights on when we entered the room on our arrival. A nice touch!”

“Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...

“Everywhere was very clean, nice supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries. Staff were nice. On arrival the small car park was full. It was also so narrow that I had to reverse onto a busy street to get out. We had to park a short walk down the road in a free public car park. The room also unbearably hot with no air conditioning. The window opening was restricted and the fan just circulated warm air.”

“Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience ”

“There is no parking … How you can advertise bumping up a high kerb onto the pavement to park is wrong , we would not of booked this property … Only suitable for 2 people not 4 Needs a good deep clean ”
