“조용한 자연친화적 마을을 기대했지만 통행이 잦은 도로변에 위치하고 있어요. 2개의 객실을 붙여달라고 요청했지만 더 오래 머물 손님이우선이라며 떨어지게 되었어요. 도로변이라 훌륭한 뷰도 어렵고 편히 사진과 달리 수영장은 튜브수영장 설치를 했지만 실제 이용이 어려워서 아무도 사용 못할 것 같아요 휴식하는 호텔로는 별로고 지나가는 길에 하룻밤 머물러야 하는 호텔. 이틀밤을 묵은 걸 후회하게 했어요. 사우나에 대해 절대 설명해주지 않고 물으면 작동을 시작하는데 이틀 중에 하루만 하라고 했어요. 속상했어요”

“Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

“Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good.”

“Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage! Die Zimmer sind in sehr sauberen Zustand aber könnten ein kleines Modernisierungsprogramm-Update erhalten. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Halbpension hatten wir nicht gebucht. Fand es aber schade, dass man nicht ein Schnitzel oder Kaiserschmarren Bestellen konnte, es gab im täglichen Wechsel immer nur das Halbpension Menü. “Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!”

“We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.”
