“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Give me clean, quiet, and safe, and we’re already on good terms. This place checked all three boxes and then added a few bonus points for style.
The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. “Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training”
