“Randy is awesome!! The Town of Love Valley is one of a kind.. we stumbled upon it by accident when we booked the closest place to Emerald Hollow Gem Mine and it was such a pleasant surprise. It is a Western themed town, only horses allowed no vehicles. We had such a good time at the rodeo and horseback riding. The apartment was massive with five bedrooms and all the accommodations. “We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.”

“Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous.”
