Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Historischer Hofgasse

Our historic vacation home has been modernly renovated and is ideal for 4 people. It is bright, welcoming, and quietly located on a historic alley in Mörbisch. Right in the center of Mörbisch.

Our guests have access to a private bike garage with charging stations for e-bikes.

The accommodation:
The first floor (50 square meters) features an open-concept kitchen and living area, including a dining area. There is also a living area with a sofa and TV, as well as an additional restroom, a coat closet, and a separate bathroom with a sink and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, a freestanding oven, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine.

The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning on the upper floor and central heating.

On the upper floor (40 square meters), there are two bedrooms. The first has a 1.60-meter double bed with a dresser, and the second bedroom is furnished with a 1.80-meter double bed, a desk, a bench for luggage, and a dresser. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and toilet.

Our vacation home on Hofgasse is centrally located, right in the heart of town. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find wine taverns, restaurants, ice cream shops, a butcher, a bakery, a supermarket, a bank, and the tourist office.
