“Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay.”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”

“Everything about this place is FANTASTIC - the location, the staff, the rooms, etc. I wish that all the places I've stayed in as I've traveled around England were as nice as this place! Definitely worth a stay if you're going to Gloucester.”

“The Swan Inn is a hidden treasure. Simon is a great host and very warm and helpful. I had a delicious dinner prepared by Scott, the chef. The location is an easy walk from the train station, close to shops and restaurants.”

“This inn is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswalds without a car. It's an easy walk from the train station. We took a few day trip tours while there and enjoyed the Tuesday market. We also took the train to Bath for the day. The inn itself has a great old pub and dining room and a lovely courtyard that all serve meals or just a drink.
