“Second time we’ve stayed here. Love the location a little piece of paradise in the city. Easy access off the 40. Beautiful decor , excellent food and on top of it all it’s not crazy expensive . Excellent service . Very friendly and helpful staff ”

“Wonderful stay at Staybridge. The staff are very accommodating and generous. The rooms are renovated, clean and come with great amenities. Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Underground parking was a great plus and we felt our vehicle was safe. Will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended. ”

I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed. “Very poor structure…I arrived late because the flight was late and they complained.they also have complained me about loosing their keys, absurd. Nobody was present during the check out and I left the keys in the box. Very poor experience, I will not come back for sure”

"Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera. La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta è stata, vengono rifatte ogni due giorni oppure è necessaria espressa richiesta del cliente."
