“We recently stayed at this hotel and were disappointed with our overall experience. As frequent guests of Hilton properties, this was the first time we were genuinely dissatisfied with the breakfast. “Beautiful property. Great location. Nice pools. Good sized rooms. This place should be perfect. Two flaws (each costing one star in my review): 1: To sit on the beach, you have to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $60/day. I've never experienced that, not in California, the Hampton, Palm Beach or Jersey Shore. On top of it, they are the least comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. “Great location clean rooms easy access to beach and restaurants”

“There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel .”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...
