Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura e comfort della camera
a complete fiasco
my hotel was booked at the beach resort .. i couldnt find it on the beach when i call up the number given via expedia the hotel number wasnt reachable after which i called up the hotel number from the internet and i was then asked to go to the royal mirage boutique hotel .. where there was no basic reception just two men in shorts coming up to me saying if we have place we can give you a room . for two girls travelling alone this was a terrible experience . i did not stay there for obvious reasons . its nothing like the pictures shown . i did find another place to stay on my own . but this is ridiculour behaviour from the royal mirage beach hotel as well as expedia .
