“Lovely hotel with great staff. Abeer made us feel welcome. The servers at breakfast were utmost helpful, pleasant, accommodating and humble. During our stay there was a conference and even a wedding. There was some noise and the breakfast was hectic, nevertheless we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were perfect. The beds were huge. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests. “La struttura e' buona non adatta a soggiorni di relax per lo svolgersi di eventi che hanno luogo nellatea della piscina e sotto le canere. Rumore assordante per i lavori di allestimento dalle 5.30 del mattino a tardo pomeriggio. Musica oltre i decibel consentiti. Nessun controllo di staff dedicato alle urladei bambini e degli adulti in atra piscina. Spiaggia e mate deludenti.breakfast con grande show off ma qualita' da villaggio turistico. “Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. “We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney.
