“Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”

“Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“L'hotel e' molto bello e non tradisce le aspettative da questo punto di vista. E' immerso in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale con piante di ogni tipo e un sentiero di 100 mt porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Colva, dove pero' l'hotel non ha alcun tipo di servizio se non il telo mare. Non ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, bar...nulla! In tal modo diventa impossibile usufruire della spiaggia. Anche il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare. Non c'e' molta scelta e sono di una lentezza esasperante!...

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however. We did also have issues with the shower not sealing properly at the bottom so the bathroom floor would flood whenever we used it. All the grout was mouldy and leaking. “We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
