Musica oltre i decibel consentiti. Nessun controllo di staff dedicato alle urladei bambini e degli adulti in atra piscina. Spiaggia e mate deludenti.breakfast con grande show off ma qualita' da villaggio turistico. Nin viene servito tra l'altro succo d'arancia....

“Clean room and well stocked toiletries. A well spread breakfast just as expected from Taj”

“Helpful and courteous staff. Clean rooms and excellent pool and beach facilities.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels...

“Fantastic accomodation all staff an facilities are amazing”

“I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!”

“Hotel vecchio, sporco e personale scortese è stata una pessima esperienza, Sconsigliatissimo”

“Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels”

“Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!”

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“Lovely new hotel and wonderful staff”
