“The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would...
