“The hotel seems fairly new, however, the issues with the rooms don't seem to be kept up. Our bathroom fan was broken; lights weren't connected to the room switches in the sofa area or bed area; safe battery was dead; a/c was making a weird whistling noise.
Although the room was nice and set up nicely, these were just issues that should be resolved.”

“The staff were nice when arrived. The pool was very nice. The room was dirty. You willl need shoes to walk around this room. Air worked. Breakfast was terrible! I left my very expensive headphones in room and we called twice about it. Once we asked for the manager and told they weren’t around. Please do not leave anything behind in this hotel. You will not get it back!”

Clean, pest-free room.
Breakfast not included.
Coffee, water, tea and creamers at check in would have been nice.
