“Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.”

“Extended check out request not entertained, just an hour extra was granted, Towels, soaps and body wash were not provided even after request at the reception, Thanks!”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”
