“Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. “The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room”

I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! ”

“The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience ”

“The room was extremely outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy. The handle for the shower almost fell off. Had to hold it in place to make it work. Although the room had a refrigerator microwave, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, never used the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not. The hairdryer was an electrical hazard.
