Said on website had queen beds, they were actually double beds. The room was nasty, had a bug crawling on the wall. Only got 2 towels for 4 guests. Had a gentleman sceeaming outside early this morning, made a complaint about it to manager. He blew it off

The room was clean, however our internet didn’t work in our room and we were unable to connect to Netflix. They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist ...
