“We caught a quiet weekend during stock season and had a lovely quiet weekend at the campground. The cottage was so cozy and access to the hot tub was still available, with beautiful river views. Comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities we required. Would definitely stay again.”

“The cabin itself has a little bit of a weird smell when you first go it, the water pressure isn’t the best, the bed is absolutely uncomfortable, the hot to is on the property but not connected to the cabin, you share it with the other sites, the back window view was of a camper. It’s just wasn’t the trip I had expected. ”

“The host was amazing and accommodating. The VIEW is incredible! Just far enough outside of Stowe Main Street but close enough to be convenient. It was so peaceful! ”

“This property was old which wasn't a problem it was quaint but the fern room was comically small, felt like the top half of a barn, like the whole building was probably a barn. The room had ladybugs & flys, the ladybugs didn't bother me but the flys were making horrible buzzing sounds & we couldn't sleep so we had to kill the flys but left the ladybugs alone. Other flys never came back so that was good, perhaps someone left a door open. You could easily hear the rooms nearby like a simple radio...

“Place was new and everything was nice. Lobby, breakfast area and room was clean. Breakfast was good with the usual variety for a free hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Only two consecutive comments: 1- the three wheeled luggage carts were a pain to use and didn’t hold enough luggage, and 2- for being in Vermont, the maple syrup at breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was cheap and basically tinted corn syrup. ”

“Upon entering, the cabin was warm and cozy with a beautifully decorated and lighted Christmas tree. It had all the amenities that we could possibly need, and then some. It was very spacious and open and the grandkids enjoyed the games that were provided. The host was always available to answer any questions we may have had. The cabin was very secluded which we loved with an ample supply of dry firewood. We all enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the open outdoor fire ring. We highly recommend this...
