Abbiamo scelto questo posto per la nostra tappa direzione big sur! È stata una valida alternativa alla più vicina, ma più cara monteray. Siamo arrivati la sera ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato carino e ci ha anche chiesto cosa volevamo per la colazione la mattina dopo. Lo consiglio per chi ha pazienza e non vuole lasciare un occhio della testa per una notte a monterey.

This property is ideally located. Great views. The property needs upgrading however, Bathrooms especially. Rust, scratched paint and doors, too low toilet, etc. A fresh coat of paint and a remodel in the bathrooms would really improve Blue Sails.

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to give us what we requested such as hot chocolate and more coffee for the room. She gave me two extra paper cups and spoons.

Love the comfort and view from the balcony. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is that the lights be turnes on during the day in the lower hallway of the main building. It was quite dark from the stairs entering the hallway.

Melisa was very attentive when I complained and wanted to make it right. Expedia always books the worst room so you need to ask for what you need. She was very nice. Would have changed our room if we had asked. Thank you.

Property was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Walls (and ceilings) are thin, bathroom is tiny. Beds were OK. Perfect location.

No smart TV, beds are very hard and firm, and the pillows are horrible. Everything else was excellent! For the price you can’t beat it!

Staff were super helpful and in fact when I needed to make a private phone call they gave me a room to do so for a full hour! My kids were asleep so super nice of them. No wait for check in (gave me early check in) and easy check out. Amazing area and this location is far enough to avoid noise but only a block from the main drag.

Our room (Ocean view) had a wonderful view of the Morro rock. The room is a little bit dated but clean. Very convenient location. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, large comfortable rooms, fantastic view of Morro Rock and the Embarcadero. Lots of restaurants close by and very friendly staff. We will be back again.

We’ve stayed here many times and really were looking forward to returning. Sadly, it seems the place isn’t as nice as before. We were put in a room with a view of the parking lot. We were stuck with people above and below us. There was a piece of paper on the floor and paper towels inside the microwave, leaving me to question the cleanliness. Dusty luggage racks. Etc etc Very disappointing!

The staff was amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. The room was great for the price and convenient to everything. The ocean view room was worth a few extra bucks. Great stay, or family really enjoyed it and will stay with them again.
