“I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“Great location. Across street from entrance towards Old Town. Bakery and nice laundromat downstairs a hop away. One 5 min bus ride away from train station. (Rolling suitcases over cobblestones not recommended.) Interior as pictured. TV only has Netflix. Kitchen small but has everything. You will need to buy coffee at the bakery. 1 small fan for each bedroom. Really, the only con I can think of is road noise as the apartme t faces a main road. Great stay and Luka is a great host.”

Es gibt einen Balkon direkt zum See zeigend, welcher vollständig abgeschlossen werden kann. Der Wohnblock liegt nah an der Straße, es wird dementsprechend etwas lauter, wenn die Fenster offen sind. "La sistemazione è in una posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Per il livello di comfort offerto il prezzo è un po' alto ma prevedibile in una località svizzera in piena stagione. Tuttavia dobbiamo segnalare un doppio errore: prima ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno al doppio del prezzo previsto. Per fortuna ci siamo accorti e ci hanno accordato il rimborso (senza scusarsi). Un errore può capitare, salvo che al check-out la tassa di soggiorno ci è stata chiesta nuovamente. Ho dovuto fare vedere gli addebiti sulla mia carta di credito per evitare di pagarla di nuovo!"
