Cottage a Morwenstow

“Very happy with the accommodation. Pet friendlyLoved the nautical look bedroom. Didn’t know how to work the heater in the lounge area … wasn’t sure if it was on a timer. Communication with host 5 star ”

“A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage.”

“We loved our time at Mineshop - the children enjoyed visiting the chickens, sheep, and Muttly every day. The cottage was clean and had everything we could wish for. Thanks much to everyone who made our stay so welcoming.”

“Een eenvoudig maar compleet huisje, een prachtige omgeving. Iets meer uitleg over het huisje was fijn geweest.De wandeling van 20 minuten door het bos, naar strand en pub is aan te raden!”

“A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage.”

“Absolutely charming place, lovely family run business, super welcoming, friendly, greeted by dogs, ducks and cows. Stunning peaceful location, just what I needed.”

“Lovely location and accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for 3 of us.”

“Fantastic place to get away. Fishing lake and animals roaming the well kept grounds, two turkeys, rabbits, chickens etc. Very well equipped accommodation and all to a high standard. Bar with darts and pool and fantastic pizzas on Most Thursdays. Would highly recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo”

“Enough space for 6 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The house was arranged with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and the living quarters upstairs. The boys enjoyed the football table and PS4, and the dog enjoyed the small private garden and the enclosed field across the road. The property was clean and well looked after, and whilst very close to the House, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbours.”

“We have just had a beautiful week. Accommodation clean, comfy and cosy. Location is just what we needed peace and quiet. Poppy the dog loved it even meeting the pigs. Thank you all for allowing us to stay at this lovely place looking forward to booking again.”

“Our usual summer holiday was cancelled due to Covid, so booked this 6 weeks beforehand with no real expectations other than getting away and having a change of scenery. Turned out to be a fantastic decision. Close to lots of different beaches, kids loved jumping in the waves/body boarding, etc. some lovely villages very close by (Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac), everything you need supermarket wise in Bude, lovely walk down to the local beach a few times (could be a bit of a slog for younger...

“Amazing place very friendly owners beautiful grounds nice and quiet but too far away form the local shops and stunning coast lines what more could you possibly want. Definitely will be going back”

“I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. We knew it was remote but anyone not wanting to walk may find it a bit remote. Had a fantastic stay with some great...

“Excellent property; very clean and tidy. Very well laid out, with lovely outside area. Just great in all aspects. Location was just a short walk from the beach. Highly recommend.”

“Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. Got a bit of neck ache. ( Especially if 3...
