Just seconds away from Morzine's Tourist Office, favourite bakery, bars and restaurants, Chez Bill gives quick access to all the amenities Morzine has to offer and has views of both Pointe de Nyon and Super Morzine.

A duplex apartment occupying the top two floors of a three story building, Chez Bill looks over Morzine’s main shopping street and has views of both Pointe de Nyon and Super Morzine.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. There is a separate ski and boot room with heated boot dryers and ski racks for winter guests. Parking for 2 Cars is outside the main entrance to the building plus a garage space. The apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift.

Please note : The private garage has a lockable door offering safe and secure bike storage for summer guests.

LAYOUT

Chez Bill is a duplex apartment occupying the top two floors of a three story building and is a great size for 8 to 10 guests. The open plan layout flows into a spacious kitchen diner and living area, with a breakfast bar seating four and a large wooden dining table (with unique cork detailing), comfortably seating 8 to 10 guests. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out with generous storage and worktop space for entertaining and has all mod cons including induction hob, oven, microwave & dishwasher. It also enjoys views towards the Super Morzine, perfect for washing up with a view!

The living area is effortlessly cosy, centred around a log-burning stove and large flatscreen TV. A generous L-shaped sofa with leg rests, complemented by plush armchairs and bean bags, provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

An additional TV room creates extra flexibility for one or two extra guests/kids. This room features a high quality double sofa bed, flatscreen TV and its own shower, making it ideal as an additional bedroom. With a separate toilet next door, this enables the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests if you need to.

Wrap around balconies offer outdoor space and heated seating for winter aperos with views of the main shopping street and surrounding mountains. There is a BBQ in summer too. Access to the apartment is via a private entrance and staircase. You will find a well designed boot room, complete with ample storage and bench seating plus a large utility cupboard housing a washing machine, dryer and additional coat storage.

Upstairs on the top floor, you’ll find four light and spacious bedrooms, all beautifully finished with vaulted ceilings, skylights and each with access to a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with shower rooms, while the remaining two share a modern family shower room. All bathrooms are finished to a high standard, with sleek fittings and rain showers. Bedrooms 1 & 4 are fixed double beds, whilst the beds in rooms 2 & 3 can be configured as either doubles or twins, making the layout flexible for different group types.

Additional features include a private secure garage with electric car charger (for parking or bike storage) and parking for 3 cars off road, an excellent asset for such a central location.

You can take regular buses to Les Gets & Prodains (for access to Avoriaz) from bus stop opposite the apartment. There is a parking space and private garage too. Don't forget, you are in the heart of the town centre of Morzine with this apartment.
