    Ideally located in the Beehives District, this 40m2 apartment with high-end renovation is very pleasant for your ski vacations in Avoriaz. Our large kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the proximity of the Sherpa supermarket for friendly evenings with friends or family. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable Rapido sofa bed. The entrance has plenty of storage as well as a 4-person shoe dryer.



    Optimized for a family, this apartment is very functional with its storage space for ski clothes at the entrance and its shoe dryer. After a renovation of the living room and bedroom, the bathroom and small bedroom were renovated this summer to increase comfort for our guests.



    You will have access to 100% of the apartment.



    We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



    The Ruches district is located 100m from the tourist office and main shops. Ski departure and arrival at your feet throughout the season.



    2 arrival options are available to you when you come to Avoriaz: Les Prodains or the Welcome area. It is recommended that you take a shuttle if very busy, thanks to the public elevator of the Hauts-Forts, the apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the 3S cable car at Les Prodains.



    We have chosen to include sheets and towels in the rental price. A bottle of champagne will be waiting for you to welcome you. So you can leave peacefully for your vacation, everything is included!

    Un bel appartement équipé très correctement. Les skis sont chausses au bas de l'immeuble qui est très bien placé. Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine en famille

    Cette année notre logement était dans les ruches ( le refuge) Une fois de plus,la description correspond complètement au logement qui nous a été attribué - propre, bien équipé et bien préparé pour notre arrivée - l équipe de Johann assure comme d habitude

    Very good, recommended

    The location of this apartment is phenomenal! Furthermore, very comfortable and clean. The only downside I can think of is that there is only one toilet, and it is located in the bathroom.

    Fantastic accommodation

    We had such a great stay here. We appreciated the extra space having 2 bedrooms and the living space was comfortable. The kitchen was fantastically stocked with lots of crockery, cookware and basic food items. There was a great drying room inside the apartment for all our ski gear. True ski in-ski out and close to the action but far enough away to be quiet. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

    Superbe sejour

    Merci pour votre réactivité et votre sympathie. Appartement très bien équipé, au calme et parfait pour 5/6 personnes. Le local pour les skis et les chaussures est un vrai plus. Un balcon aurait été super pour compléter cet appartement. Départ et retour ski au pied sans problème.

    Comfortable well-equipped apartment and lovely property managers

    We were 3 middle aged men and this suited us perfectly. Just walkable from Prodains in heavy snow- easier going back. Easy and fast check in. Friendly and efficient staff - Johann and Lucie were great and we felt well-supported. Apt is warm - controllably so- and good design with separate bedrooms and lounge area. Good ski and boot store. So many hooks! 2 coffee machines. Generally lots of nice little touches like plenty of loo roll and basic food stuffs eg oil and salt. Lift down to the piste side. Short walk to the Sherpa for morning baguette etc. pizza takeaway and restaurants also from c50m away. Slight disco noise and occasional piste basher passing but standard for Avoriaz. A great holiday.

    Great accommodation

    Great stay over Christmas with 2 adults & 2 teenagers. The accommodation is as perfect for our stay - it’s a proper home from home. Would definitely recommend & consider staying in again.

    Lovely comfortable accommodation for our young family of 4, couldn’t be closer to ski schools and blue runs, Johann v easy to contact. We will be back for sure as it was the best skiing week we ve had in many years with our children

    Excellent!

    A great apartment that was comfortable, cosy and well equipped! Ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet location but very close to all amenities-supermarket, ski hire, shops and restaurants/bars. Plus, direct access to ski slopes so ski in/out. Excellent communication with Johann and he even popped by to say ‘hello’ on arrival.

    Appartement idéalement situé au coeur d'Avoriaz. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Départ skis au pied et local à ski dans l'appartement. Accueil très sympathique par Johann. Logement parfait pour un séjour en famille !

    Perfect Perfect Perfect

    An incredible apartment. Every detail has been thought of. There is nothing missing in the kitchen, bathroom, as if you are at home and it is immaculate. It is very close to everywhere, 2 minutes to the children's ski school, 4 minutes to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the ski rental, within walking distance. And of course Johan is the perfect host. Always relevant from the first welcome to the last day. He solved the problem we had with the transfer company by offering alternatives in the most accurate way in 5 minutes, and went beyond that and helped our interim transfer. It was an experience that made our holiday unforgettable, thank you very much Johan.
