This charming 60 m² flat in Morzine, with its own swimming pool and shuttle bus to the ski resort, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor on the entrance side and on the third floor on the balcony side, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the resort and surrounding mountains. The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A large bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony of around 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area in the residence:
- A swimming pool (heated) measuring 12.5×5.5 m open from mid-June to mid-September (opening dates non-contractual), secured by a fence and child lock on the entrance gate.
- A room with a table tennis table.
- A boules court.

The flat is ideally located in Morzine, in a very pleasant setting in a residential area. In the centre of the resort you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Activities :
The flat is located in a winter and summer resort.
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sleigh rides, hiking, sledging, snowshoeing, snow scooters, indoor ice rink...
- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's longest trails, hiking, horse riding, adventure parks, tree climbing, summer sledging, canyoning, tennis, paragliding, 18-hole golf course at Les Gets and 9-hole golf course at Avoriaz, fruit tours of Morzine, Lake Montriond.... Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's communal car park, free parking (for 1 vehicle).

As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Free municipal shuttle bus to the city centre (15-minute walk).
- Nearest train station: Cluses or Thonon-Les-Bains stations are around 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, about 1 hour 20 minutes' drive away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Stairs to the swimming pool and boule court.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
