“WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced ”

“Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. I found nothing I wanted or needed that wasn’t there. Outstanding!”

“I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Lights went off but generator not able to light the place for over 3 hrs until light came back. The man looking after the please does not seems to care at all . Terrible road to the place. “Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war immer jemand verfügbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Nähe zum Strand und Sengambia Strip ist top, schöner Pool, Anlage schön, recht grün und gepflegt. Bett sehr hart, ich habe aber dann sofort einen weiteren Topper bekommen und dann war es okay. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es in der Wohnung, aber alles in allem völlig in Ordnung. Der Abfluss in der Dusche müsste mal gereinigt werden, damit das Wasser wieder richtig abfließen kann.
