“Hotel options in this area are awful; this condo is a great alternative. Everything is basic but completely serviceable and completely met our needs. The location close to Brandermill nursing/assisted living is perfect.”

“The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.”

“Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!”
