The cabin is very well kept and decorated in such a manner that we felt like we were right at home, with all of the modern day appliances, tasteful home decor, We spent some time swinging on the front porch and relaxed watching the light traffic pass by off the peaceful country road. “We have a front-wheel-drive mid-size sedan and had no issues getting in and out of the property. It is a little rough, but it can be done. Our bed in the loft was so comfy. We opened the windows and slept so well. If you have any issues climbing, it's not for you. My son can't climb ladders, so we put him on the fold-out couch area, and he said he slept great. “The cabin was adorable. Please keep in mind it is a tiny cabin, so it is very small. If you are a taller person you may struggle with the loft area. I am 5 foot 2 and had no trouble, my husband is 5 foot 10 and he couldn't sit up fully on the bed. This is not a negative on the cabin itself, it is just the nature of the type of cabin and something to keep in mind. Also remember you are in the mountains. “Beautifully kept property, inside and out, with views of the Smokies that were unparalleled anywhere else we’ve stayed in the past. The host was very accommodating and friendly, and our family of 4 enjoyed the peace and quiet offered here. I loved the German aesthetic in the cabin, and we all enjoyed the outdoor space the gazebo offered as well. Be prepared to trek up some unpaved roads to get back to the cabin, but it’s well worth it! ”
